Increased Consumer Engagement - Pindrop
The Pindrop Foundation is a New Zealand charity supporting severely hearing impaired adults into a hearing world through cochlear implant technology and services. The organization wanted to increase their consumer engagement and we embarked upon a consumer engagement campaign.
This began with market research, incorporating qualitative surveys, focus groups and one on one interview to enable a comprehensive overview of the sector from all perspectives, which would facilitate our strategic solutions.
From the information gained, we were able to establish a national consumer network, building an open conversation with consumers enabling the organization to respond to the needs of their client base, develop and communicate key messages to the Minister of Health, media, public, and health professionals.
